About SALT Founder
Mr. Harshal Bhandari
Founder
Mr. Harshal Bhandari is renowned structural engineer and founder of Salt design services. After completing his Bachelor of Engineering from Pune University, he got placed in L&T through campus. He worked in L&T-S&L on power plant projects in India and Canada. Later he went to the USA for higher studies. He graduated from University of Maryland – College Park in Jan 2009. He worked in the USA for DEP, Pennsylvania. After that he came back to India and worked in a couple of organizations to gain knowledge of local practices. His last Job was in B&V, Pune. In 2012, he started as independent structural consultant, since then has worked on hundreds of projects of all varieties. Under his guidance salt design services has successfully completed many crucial projects and achieved new heights.
